Delete your Guud Passport account

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Guud Passport account and the personal information linked to it.

What happens when you request deletion

We verify the request against the account you identify below.
Your profile and personal identifiers are permanently deleted from the Guud Passport app.
Certain records may be retained where the law requires it (for example, occupational-health records that regulations require us to keep for a set period). We will tell you what is kept and for how long.
We aim to action verified requests within 30 days and will email you to confirm.

The ID or passport number on your Guud Passport account. We use it to find your account.

Email on your account (optional)

Optional. If you add it, we will email you to confirm the deletion.

Phone number on your account (optional)

Optional. Helps us find your account if the email does not match.

Reason for deletion (optional)

Optional. Telling us why helps us improve Guud Passport, but it will not delay or change your request.
